Using the store
You agree to use XAYLIX lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting support.
Products and pricing
Product descriptions and prices may be updated. We aim for accuracy and will contact you if a material error affects an order.
Orders
An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and you receive confirmation. We may cancel and refund orders affected by availability, fraud concerns or obvious errors.
Delivery and returns
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Returns are governed by the current Returns & Refunds policy and its eligibility conditions.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, XAYLIX is not responsible for indirect losses arising from site use. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Questions can be sent to support@xaylix.com.
