You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, the product does not perform as expected or you change your mind.
Return condition
Returned items should be unused, unaltered, in good condition and in the original packaging. We may ask for photos when an item arrives damaged.

Email support@xaylix.com with your order number and reason for returning. Our team aims to reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank’s processing time may vary.
