Information we collect
XAYLIX may collect contact, delivery, order and payment-related information you provide, along with basic device and site-usage data.
How information is used
Information may be used to fulfil orders, provide support, improve the store, prevent misuse and send marketing only where you have chosen to receive it.
Payments and partners
Checkout and payments are processed by Shopify rather than stored directly by XAYLIX. Delivery and service partners receive only the information needed to perform their work.
Advertising and the Meta Pixel
XAYLIX uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure and optimise our Facebook and Instagram ads. On this website it shares page views, products viewed (product and variant ID, name, price, currency) and add-to-cart actions, along with standard browser data such as IP address, device information and Meta cookies. We do not send your name, email or phone number from this website. Shopify's Meta integration separately handles checkout and purchase measurement under Shopify's checkout. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first; you can withdraw or change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the site footer, and your consent choice and its date are stored in your browser.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. You can also manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
